Return & Exchange Policy for Rachel Dressage

Eligibility for Returns

1.Return Window:

•Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2.Condition of Items:

•Items must be returned in their original condition:

•Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

•Tags attached.

•Original packaging intact.

3.Non-Returnable Items:

•Personalized or custom-made products.

•Gift cards.

•Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1.Contact Us:

•Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

2.Receive a Return Authorization (RA):

•Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

3.Ship Your Items:

•Pack your items securely and include the RA number inside the package.

•Ship the package using the provided return label or a shipping method of your choice.

Refunds

1.Processing Time:

•Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

2.Method of Refund:

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

•Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

1.Exchange Eligibility:

•Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

2.Process:

•Follow the same steps as initiating a return. Indicate that you would like an exchange.

•Once the returned item is received, your exchange item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

3.We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping

1.Prepaid Return Label:

•A prepaid return label will be provided for defective or incorrect items.

•For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
